GN30 - 12 Indoor HV Rotating Disconnector / Disconnecting Switch
Overview
GN30-12 series of indoor HV rotating disconnector (hereafter referred to as Disconnector ) is a kind of indoor device with rated voltage 12kV, AC Frequency of 50Hz.
Normal ambient condition
a. Altitude above sea level≤1000m
b. Ambient air temperature: -25℃～+40℃
c. Monthly average relative dampness≤90%
Disconnector not applying to
a. Location with gas, vapour, chemical deposit salt fog, dust, dirt and volatile, corrosive material that will badly influence the insulation and electric capacity of disconnector.
b. Location with frequent violent shake.
Features
GN30-12 disconnector is a new type of switchgear with rotating blade. Its main body is fixed by two groups of insulators on its frame up and down two sides, which is separated by the plate fixed on the frame. By rotating blade, disconnector can be closed and opened. Base on the old type, GN30-12 can meet the various requirement of cabinet owing to the earthing blade added.
The contacts are mounted separately to isolate the alive part and dead part, which ensures the security of operator. The alive part consists of blade and contact. For the blade, two copper strips are fixed inside the rotating porcelain with the magnetic interlock outside, which strengthens its rigidity and owns good thermal and dynamic stability when the short-circuited current goes through it. The point contact around the ball is adopted for blade and contact to reduce the difficulty of assembly and guarantee the good contact.
CS6-1 operation mechanism or self-designed mechanism can be used for the switchgear.
