The High Voltage Disconnect Switch is made up of several key components, including insulators, contacts, operating mechanism, and a support structure. The insulators are made of high-quality materials and have a creepage distance of 16mm/kV, 20mm/kV, or 25mm/kV, depending on the application. The contacts are made of copper or copper alloy and are designed for high conductivity and low resistance. The operating mechanism is easy to use and provides reliable switching performance. The support structure is made of steel and provides excellent stability and durability.
The High Voltage Disconnect Switch has a mechanical life of 2000 times for both CB and Grounding Switch. It can operate at an altitude of up to 1000 meters and in an ambient temperature range of -25 ~ 40℃. The switch has a rated voltage of 126 KV and is suitable for use in high voltage power systems.
The High Voltage Disconnect Switch is widely used in power transmission and distribution systems, as well as in other applications where high voltage electricity is present. It is an essential tool for ensuring the safety of workers and equipment during maintenance, repair, and emergency situations.

The GW5 (GT10) -126D/1600-40 outdoor AC high voltage isolation switch is a double column horizontal rotary structure, with each pole of the switch consisting of a base, a current circuit, and two post insulators. There is a pair of bevel gears inside the base that can move up and down along their respective axes to adjust the meshing condition of the two gears. The two post insulators form a V-shaped angle of
50 °: the current circuit is located at the upper end of the post insulator. When in motion, the umbrella gear inside the base drives the two insulators to rotate, thereby driving the conductive arm connected to it to rotate 90 degrees, forming a horizontal fracture and completing the opening and closing of the circuit.
GW5 (GT10) -126D/1600-40 horizontal single break outdoor AC high-voltage isolation switch is suitable for systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 110KV. Used for switching high-voltage lines under no-load conditions, as well as electrically isolating high-voltage busbars, circuit breakers, and other electrical equipment under maintenance from live high-voltage lines. It can also be used for switching small capacitive or inductive currents.
